Wanchao Electrical Appliance Hand in Hand Jindi PLM Project Successfully Launched

Recently, Zhejiang Wanchao Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wanchao Electrical Appliances") has successfully signed a contract with Wenzhou Jindi. The project started in September 2010 and has completed the initialization work. The project has been successfully launched.

 Zhejiang Wanchao Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd.  was founded in 1991, is a company engaged in the production of automotive electrical appliances and electronic products. The company has annual fixed assets of 150 million yuan, annual production capacity of 4 million pieces and annual output value of 320 million yuan. At present, the main customers are FAW Jiefang, FAW Jilin Automobile, FAW Qingdao Automobile Factory, Tianjin FAW Xiali, Jinan Heavy Automobile, Dongfeng Liuqi, Hafei Automobile, SAIC General Wuling, Changhe Company, Shenyang Huachen Golden Cup, BYD Automobile, Chongqing Lifan, Baoding Great Wall Automobile and more than 20 automobile manufacturing companies. From February 1999 to October 2001, the company has passed ISO 9000, QS9000, VDA 6.1, TS16949 certification, and has been effectively maintained and operated. Over the years, our products have been awarded excellent quality units and A-level enterprises in major automobile factories, as well as famous brand products and provincial and municipal high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang, cities and districts, and have a high reputation among our domestic counterparts.

 Zhejiang Wanchao Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd.  is committed to the pursuit of quality excellence and perfection, but also aware of the importance of enterprise information construction. Wanchao Electric Co., Ltd. has two production plants, and the application of ERP is not high. With the expansion of business scale, managers of enterprises are gradually aware of the management loopholes and the importance of the overall layout of information technology for enterprise operation. In May this year,  Zhejiang Wanchao Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd.  began to start the overall selection of ERP. In this process, enterprises are faced with various options. The choice of enterprises falls into a bottleneck. Subsequently, the Minister of Engineering proposed to adopt PLM to manage the whole life cycle of the production and design of enterprises. The project team of Wanchao Electrical Appliances has been investigated and studied, and several domestic projects have been carried out. A well-known ERP manufacturer's programs and products are comprehensively evaluated. Kingdee has won the recognition of customers by virtue of advanced management concepts, excellent software platforms, excellent products and excellent implementation service guarantee. Eventually, Wanchao Electric chose to cooperate with Jindi. During the implementation of this project, it will be difficult for the two factories to centralize and synchronize training, and the time arrangement is difficult to unify. However, with the project team's high starting point planning, strong density implementation and close cooperation between the two sides, the first phase of project implementation will be successfully launched at the end of this year.
